Healthy Hot Chocolate



  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup or coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp. of raw cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla bean powder
  • 300mls almond mylk or coconut mylk


Add: coconut oil, coconut sugar, raw cacao powder, vanilla bean powder and your choice of mylk to a pot and heat gently on the stove
Blend: Using a stick blender blend until nice and frothy

Notes and Inspiration

Add 1-2 drops of peppermint or wild organic essential oil
Add 1 tbsp. of hydrolysed gelatin for added nutrition
Swap coconut sugar for pure maple syrup
