Almond Mylk


Pre bought almond milk has been ultra heated (UHT) damaging all the beneficial nutrients and leaving an abundance of omega 6 fatty acids, which can cause an inflammatory response in the body.

Making your own is super easy and a delicious lactose free option. 


  • 1-cup of raw preferable organic almonds (soaked overnight)
  • Filtered water


Rinse almonds well and place in a high-speed blender
Add 4 cups of filtered water
Blend until creamy
Strain through a nut mylk bag or fine sieve

Notes and Inspiration

  • 2 fresh medjool dates
  • Green leaf stevia
  • Maca powder
  • Vanilla bean powder

Store in an airtight glass jar and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days
